Source tarballs are also available via SourceForge for older releases.

Package Managers

OpenDKIM is available in most major Linux and BSD package repositories:

  • FreeBSD: pkg install opendkim
  • Debian/Ubuntu: apt install opendkim opendkim-tools
  • RHEL/CentOS: dnf install opendkim (EPEL)
  • Arch Linux: pacman -S opendkim

GPG Signing Key

Release tarballs are signed with the OpenDKIM GPG key. The public key is available here and from public keyservers.

Verifying Your Installation

After installation, send a test message to one of these autoresponder addresses. The response will include the Authentication-Results header showing whether your DKIM signature verified correctly:

  • check-auth@verifier.port25.com
  • sa-test@sendmail.net
  • dktest@exhalus.net
